REPAY CTO David Guthrie and Technology Leaders visit Protego in Dublin

Dublin, Ireland, August 17-19, 2026 -- There was great energy in our Dublin office over 3 days this week as the Protego Technologies Limited leadership team welcomed our partners from Repay Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: RPAY) ("REPAY") - David Guthrie (CTO), Chris Andrews (VP of Engineering), and Louis Robinson (Director of Engineering) - to mark a major milestone on our Clearing & Settlement project.

It was a genuine celebration of what cross-team collaboration can achieve: years of hard work, tight engineering execution, and close partnership between our teams coming together to deliver on a key project.

David also took the time to meet with our other teams, sharing valuable insights and perspective that added real value beyond the scope of the visit itself.

But we're not slowing down. The visit was also a chance to roll up our sleeves and align on what's next - scoping out the next phases and making sure the teams are moving in lockstep as we continue to move forward.

Thank you to David, Chris, and Louis for making the trip to Dublin. It served as a good reminder that the best outcomes come from strong partnerships built on trust, transparency, and shared ambition.
